It is the guests’ responsibility to check that the arrival and departure date, as well as everything else that is important for the booking, is correct. An order is binding as soon as an order number is assigned. If the guest does not pay on time, this is considered a cancellation, and then the cancellation policy applies. We recommend all our guests to print/bring the confirmation to show on arrival.

We advise all our customers to have a good insurance prior to travel, in case of illness, loss or damage to travel items, accidents, liability etc. No compensation or refund is given in case of any unexpected malfunction, such as bad weather, power failure, machine failure, shutdowns / lifts etc.
